- Order details — your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address and any order notes you type at checkout.
- Cart data — the items you add are stored only in your own browser (local storage). We do not see your cart until you place the order.
- Messages — anything you send us on WhatsApp, email or the contact form.
How we use it
Only to process, pack, deliver and support your order, and to send you order updates on WhatsApp. If you have agreed to receive them, we may occasionally send offers on WhatsApp — you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Who we share it with
Your name, address and phone number are shared with the courier company that delivers your parcel, and with our WhatsApp messaging provider for sending order updates. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. Cart contents are stored in your browser's local storage and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time.
