How to store and use Jamun Honey
Keep the jar closed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Use a dry spoon every time — moisture is the one thing that spoils raw honey. Natural crystallisation is normal and is a sign the honey has not been processed; place the jar in warm (not boiling) water to bring it back to a liquid state.
Note: honey should not be given to infants under 12 months. Anyone managing diabetes should treat honey as a sugar and check with their doctor.
