Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 48 working hours of confirmation. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before it leaves, so keep an eye on the number you gave us at checkout.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹999 and above.
- Flat ₹60 delivery charge on orders below ₹999.
- We deliver across India through standard courier partners.

Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Pay the courier in cash when the parcel is handed to you.
Damaged or leaking jars
Every jar is bubble-wrapped and boxed, but accidents happen. If your jar arrives broken or leaking, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a free replacement — no arguments, no return courier needed.
Returns
Because honey is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened jars. Unopened jars can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the seal is intact; return courier charges are borne by the customer, and the refund is issued once we receive the jar.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order ID.
Crystallisation is not a defect
Raw honey naturally turns grainy or solid, especially in cooler months. This is proof that it has not been processed and is not grounds for a return. Warm the closed jar in a bowl of warm water to liquefy it.
